贾平凹之《兵娃》
《兵娃》（贾平凹著，中国少年儿童出版社，1977年6月北京1版1印，价0.24元，53K字，787 x 1092 1/32开本，4印张。）是一部贾平凹的早期短篇小说集，共收录了6个短篇小说：《荷花塘》《小会计》《小电工》《兵娃》《参观之前》《深山出凤凰》。
《荷花塘》讲述的是三年级红小兵学生孙保松在暑假与王来银（老银伯）看荷花塘的故事，写孙保松与老银伯之间的矛盾冲突，同时也能感受到队长“高超的”调和与处理问题的能力。我想，进入80年代，老银伯应该是首批的万元户。
《小会计》则是以第一人称来写，写小会计员“我”（杏娃）对待帐务的严谨以及与采购员三合叔之间的矛盾，其中洪庆伯起到了思想提升的作用。但书中有些地方也过于使用了成人的口吻与语言来写，显得贾平凹早期的作品还是有些不成熟。我想一个孩子是不会出现“又精通世故地说”的。
《小电工》则写小海因村的电设施老出问题（实际是坏分子王宝来在搞鬼），于是恶补电知识，最后发现并抓获了窃听关于阶级斗争形势报告的电话会议的王宝来。文中提到的村头十亩地的地方，让我想起老家对田地的称呼，有些也是以多少亩为单位命名地方，有些还以产量来命名，如对稻田很多就以“XX挑谷子”来命名。
《兵娃》则写兵娃在暑期到队里豆腐坊跟万有老汉卖豆腐。通过观察发现万有老汉的小资思想和投机行为，并对其进行批评和指正，帮助万有老汉提高觉悟，最后让万有老汉成了“抱窝的鸡蛋”“——壳壳里头起了质变”。
《参观之前》写小牛在因村里的柿子林大丰收时，上级准备召集各队管理员前来参观学习，而地主王拐子为了破坏这一伟大的革命成果，在偷偷摸摸地搞破坏，并唆使富裕中农何三贵偷摘柿子。王拐子最终落网并被批斗，何三贵则认识错误，回到了人民的怀抱。一看到“批斗”二字，我头皮有点发麻。文中提到的：“前一个月，王拐子就曾偷偷地在一些才接活的小柿树身上，塞花椒籽，企图麻死小树，被咱们当场抓住。”，读了几遍也没有弄明白花椒籽是如何麻死小柿树的。
《深山出凤凰》写虎娃与石泉为了替代有严重思想问题的拖拉机手白水，苦钻拉机技术，最终成为一个合格的拖拉机驾驶员的故事。
作者在《后记》中说：
一九七二年，贫下中农把我推荐上了大学，我开始拿起了笔参加战斗。在三年的大学期间，我们按照毛主席的教导，开门办学，到农村的几次实习中，我又回到了小伙伴中间。那些红小兵的可爱形象，时时使我感奋，使我激动。于是，我断断续续写下了这一支支对新一代的赞歌！对文化大革命的赞歌！也是我对开门办学的赞歌！在这里，选出了几篇，就算作我向工农兵交的一份毕业考卷吧。
通本读下来，本书时代特征特明显，这是时代的烙印。同时也能感受到贾平凹早期作品还是不太成熟的，很难跟他后面《废都》等联系起来，看来大师不是天生的，也是不断的练习慢慢成长起来的。书中还有一个特色是配了张礼军与孙建平两位美术大师的插图。
